week 6 of eq/test cycle, things were really starting to come on quite well. my weight is up to 230, strength improving each week, and then bam! monday night after i get home from the gym (where i had one of my best chest/biceps routines in a long time) a head cold hits me hard.
my head feels like it's going to pop from sinus pressure, and i feel weak and tired... my appetite is still strong as hell though thank god. spent all of yesterday sleeping, getting up to eat every 2.5 hours.
couldn't be arsed to train last night, thought i might try tonight, until i went to work this morning. i lasted until 2pm, sweating like a whore in church and feeling like general ass. came home and went straight to bed.
no way i can train tonight; don't want to make myself worse. been sleeping and eating, drinking lots of water and munching vitamin c/echinacea.
i shouldn't force myself to train right? i figure my body is already working hard to get rid of this shit; i'm afraid if i go bang out legs i'll just make myself worse by sapping all my energy. plus, i don't think i could train 100% anyways.
i swear i wash my hands 10+ times a day, and try to stay away from sick motherfuckers as best i can. i don't know how i got this one. bullshit bros, BULLSHIT.
