getting sick... how do I stop it?

Hey all, Im at the brink of starting my cycle and I think I'm starting to get sick with something. I hav emild headaches and a tight throat with a slight fever and just an overall feeling of shit. It's probably a cold or something but I cant afford to get sick right now. Is there anything I can do to stop whatever it is that I'm getting?

for the overall shitty feeling, which probably feels a lot like sust flu, just take ibeprofin(sp?). helps me through the day when i feel like shit. make sure u get lots of sleep, i mean like 10hrs or more. helps your body recuperate. take nyquil and u will be out all night and wake up in the morning like a new man.

If you haven't started your cycle, WAIT until you get better,, don't throw it away.

I agree with the other bro if you haven't started yet let the sickness run its course and try to get you a flu shot and then start .

Agreed! Another thing that helps me is to load on L-Glutamine, i take about 20mg and it helps. Also, drink plenty of fluids which you should already be doing.

Lots of Vitamin C, and lots of Glutamine......your immune system will deplete both very quickly fighting off bad bacs and viruses.
