Getting Ripped.

I want to get from 25% body fat down to at least 10% by December. For all of you Experienced bro's out there, what would be the mosy efficient cycle and routine to accomplish this goal. Any info would be gratly appreciated. Thanks.
 
Fina/Winny/EQ/Test. Very strict diet and tons of cardio. Getting down to 10% from 25% won't be easy in such a short amount of time. Getting to around 15% bf would be more realistic in the timeframe you have but it all depends on the individual.
 
start out with no juice for 6 weeks, drop your calories down to 12cals per lb of bodyweight, 70%protein, 20%carbs,10%fat. as you bodyweight drops keep on adjusting the calories to the method i have outlined. do cardio in the morning 20-40min before eating, take ECA. after 6 weeks start cycle of trenbolone and winstrol. 50mg/ed or each. keep the nutrition and cardio as outlined earlier

........ What ChrisOh said. 25% is NOT THAT FAT on a woman. 10% and she'll have no tits!

p n d backwards is dnp at 200 mg for 40 days...do a search i heard people getting really good results at smaller prolonged doses
 
Just go with keto, you can drop pounds fast. It takes alot of dedication though. If you plan on using AS go with winny/eq/fina and maybe test prop. You will be ripped
