I just wanted to put something out there that some may agree or not with.The first wk of my cycle (Deca,Sus,Naps) I did'nt work out. I had come off a 2 wk. diet and cardio binge and thought I would 1.Rest-Up 2.Give my diet one last tweek and 3.Heal my old body before I totally tear it up. Like some of you know there is nothing like taking some time off to re-energize the mind body and soul. Remeber when you first started working out how you were able to tear it up? Anyways, it worked great for me, has anybody else tried it?
