well bros,
i turn 40 in a few months(october) and
i finally can tell that im starting to get older. especially when im not on the gear. my lifts are about the same or a little less and im finding it harder to drag my ass to the gym after work. im also a lot more sore and more tired when i get done, and im seeing little aches and pains where there used to be none. im a fighter though, and i wont let this get to me. no matter how old i feel, the gym will always be there, and i will always drag myself in the door.
on the positive side, i know that there are bros on this board that are a lot older (and wiser
) than me. so i have to keep hangin if not just to keep up with them. i do feel that, for being 40 i am in pretty decent shape, 5-7.185 lbs and a bf% of 9-10. so all in all i guess im on the right track.
just want to thank everyone for listening to the sob story and hoping you guys will understand me venting a little.
peace bb79
