Getting my first cycle ready

Well, I have been on this board for about a year researching and reading a lot of great informative posts about AS. Well I'll get to the point. I have been thinking about doing a first cycle around the beginning of March 2005. My stats are as follow: I am 21 , but I will be 22 when I do the cycle. I am 215 right now but i will be at least 225- 230 when I start my cycle (im guessing). Diet: My caloric intake right now is around 3500 calories. My protein/carbs/and fats come from Protein: eggs (a lot of whites, chicken, steak, tuna, powder,Carbs: brown rice, oats, pasta, beans and whole wheat bread, Fats: fish oil, olive oil , (flax in the future) and peanut butter.
My training right now is 5 days a week and I am doing a 5x5 program to increase strength and it is really adding some good size too. I have decided that my training is going to need more sets that 9 when i am on.
OK now for the first cycle:
week 1-6: d-bol 30mgs
week 1-12 test E 500 mgs
pct: nolva, clomid and HCG , with nolva on hand for sides
liver supps like milk thistle will be used weeks 1-6

So thats it, please feel free to comment, add anything or critique it.

I like it. You will see gains for sure. I would run the milk thistle throughout.

I would run the nolva at 20mg ED throughout, and then do HCG week 13-14 at 1000iu e3d. Clomid I would run wk 15-18 at 50mgED.
 
well my on diet is going to be the same basically but I will be eating more, im guessing around the 4,000 calorie area.
amgetr- ya i was tryin to decide whether to run it from the start or when/ if i started to notice sides. and the clomid, i was thinking the 300/100/50 plan

cycle looks good..thats what you should be doing for a first..
I would use HCG every 5th day throughout..high doses(1500iu+)of HCG are actually less effective than running smaller doses for consecutive days..

I like your training routine..But i dont think you will need to add more volume instead concentrate on really trying to increase your main 5x5 move..that in itself with the gear will yield some great gains..

I do think your a little on the young side but youve done your homework which shows youve got some discipline and this isnt something you just put together..

thanks for the post. I know ill get some shit for my age. I defintely have a lot of self discipline and im not one of those kids that will juice, gain 30 lbs and then not eat and train to loose it all. Im hoping this will help me out in the future. and ill see to the other info you suggested, thanks

Ok I'll be a good samaritan and give you what you were expecting....you're too fucking young....don't you know you will interfere with your growth....stick with protein and creatine and leave AAS to the big boys....you're kicking out plenty of test...damn, I hate you young fucks that just don't get it...patience or you will regret it...... :rolleyes:

Post this cycle and your exact pct plan in the pct forum. You will get valuable info there that you won't regret.

im 6'2.5" and im not growing any more... or at least i hope I dont. any also i forgot to mention i am not new to the lifting scene. I have been lifting since I was 13 @ 140 and 6'.

bw1 - ill be sure to post over at the pct forum. i think this is a very important part and it will not be taken lightly...

just noticed you said that you expect to grow from 215lbs to 225/230lbs by march at which point you'll start cycle. Thats 10 to 15 lbs of mass/muscle in four months. Thats not bad so do you really need to cycle if your growing by that much?

well, i have gained 25 lbs since mid september and im guessing i can gain at least 10 lbs in four months. All I do is take all the necessary supplements and I seem to be doing fine. But I really want to do a cycle to add on more mass for a competition next year.

Sounds like you have a good plan.
 
Use the HCG midcycle at 500iu's a day for ten to 14 days... you will be very happy with the results.

i have been told to do 250 ius every 5th day throughout, midcycle , and the end of the cycle for 2 weeks e3d.
im thinking of doing the 250 ui's every 5 days
