Okay, there I am, stopped at a light and minding my own god damn business. When, what do I see behind me? A fucking CHP (Cali Highway Patrol) on my ass with his lights on.
Now, I know I wasn't speeding, all my lights were working, and my tags were current so I thought, 'this guy needs to get by me' and pulled over into a parking lot next to the light. Sure e-fucking-nough, he pulls in right behind me.
I stop my shit and just wait there, and what does this CHP do? Gets out of his car and says, 'driver's lisence and registration.' Not a word about why I'm now sitting there for no fucking reason.
So, I first ask him why I am being pulled over, and he says, 'you weren't wearing your seatbelt.' FUCKING BULLSHIT - I WAS WEARING IT.
I look at my seatbelt and then back at him like, 'do you see this seatbelt that I'm wearing right now?' He then says, 'I saw you putting it on when I pulled up behind you and turned on my lights, so I know you weren't wearing it.' BULLSHIT. I had been wearing it.
So I ask him, 'why did you go to pull me over in the first place, then?' He THEN says, 'oh, um, well...I wasn't going to pull you over until I saw you putting on your seatbelt.'
I was PISSED at this point, because now this fucking a-hole is straight up LYING to my face. So I said, 'you just told me that when you turned on your lights I put on my seatbelt, so why did you turn on your lights then?'
He started to lose his cool then and looks up in the air while saying, 'this is something you'll have to talk over with the judge, I'm not going to argue with you.' I was SO FUCKING PISSED I called his superior when I got to a phone and filed a complaint. Heh, lotta' good that'll do.
So, thank you CHP for doing your job so well. I now have the upmost faith in your ability to handle more serious crimes. And thanks for taking my hard earned money. I mean, its not like I pay your salaries or anything. Oh, wait a minute, I do pay your salaries.

most cops have an attitude but I have been really happy to see them a couple times so I will not bitch too much.
