i came off a cycle about a month ago i'm goin to get my surgery on the 19 i'm still on gh and insulin bridge should i go off for the surgery or stay on??should i be taking nolvadex or arimidex??

get off everything haven't you learned your lesson yet. Mabe figure out why you got gyno then contimplate a future cycle.

well...nolvadex at 20 mgs. a day worked for me on two occasions. I have completely eliminated all signs of gyno. I only wish I had known about this before my two surgeries!

There have been medical studies done on this. One in particular where gyno was eliminated in 72% of the cases. Might want to ask your doc about it...although, when I asked a doc he said "Oh, you dont want to use that stuff, its for women who are breast cancer patients." What an idiot! Even after I told him that I heard tamoxifen can reduce or eliminate gyno, he didnt even offer to look up anything on that and get back to me.

Well, the first time the surgeon (if you can call him that) left part in. I could feel some hard tissue still in there after the surgery(this was gyno I had since puberty btw.). I questioned him about it and he said it would be fine, that it was nothing.

It was fine...for a while. A couple years later, it was back... and bigger than ever! I had it removed again. I had some complications (swelling, hemmorrhaging). The doc told me that he couldnt get all the tissue out...blah, blah, blah. Something about my nipple possibly falling off. But, everything turned out fine...for a while. Let's just say I was severely disappointed again.

Then, just last year, my gyno started coming back. I asked a different doc about nolvadex to combat the gyno, and he laughed at me. I looked up a study and found it was effective in completely eliminating gyno in something like 72% of the subjects.

I tried it (20mgs/daily), and it worked. I think it was about 6 weeks before my gyno was completely gone, and I stayed on for 12 weeks just to be sure, and still no recurrence.

I'm telling you bor, 6-12 weeks of nolva at 20mgs a day is WAY CHEAPER and a lot less intrusive than surgery. Its worth a try.
