Getting Fustrated...

John G

New member
I don't know, maybe I want to be where I want to be too fast. I have been working out dedicated for about 7 months now. My gains have been fantastic, almost unbelieveable. Then I look at other people who I know juice and they are so dam big and cut. I really don't want my balls to shrink or grow tits. That is why I don't juice. Plus I don't want to screw my body up. I am taking pro-hormones now and the gains have been somewhat noticable. Slight physical difference but primarly when I work out, they have been much more intense. I have been on the pro hormones for only two weeks. I weigh 175lbs, which in my opinion isn't enough to get big. My chest is getting bigger up top(finally) but my arms never seem to get any bigger 15.1 inch from 13.5. I am creeping up on a platue which is why I want to go up in my weight, but I am not sure if that is what I need. My question: Should I juice? Should I keep eating and training? What can I do to supercharge my body for awhile into growing? Please help out guys. I am getting really fustrated and I don't know what I should be doing? I want to make my arms HURT real bad so that they grow again at the rate that they were.

Thanks,
John G.

Dude, I know exactly what you mean. Only I've been at it for about eight years now. I've made unbelievable gains in that time, but I still don't look like the big boys.

I've resisted juicing this whole time, and not because I think it's particularly bad for you. I think it's like anything else. If you go nuts with it, it will surely bite you in the ass. I haven't done it yet because I haven't been ready for it until now. I reached my physical limits long ago. I've made slight improvements over the last couple years. But I know if I want to see any real changes from here on, AS is the only way. Which is why I've been on this board for a couple months now. Learning as much as I can. You can learn a lot by doing regular reasearch, but actually talking to some of these guys on here is a HUGE help. You're getting first hand info which is extremely valuable.

Ultimately, it's a choice that you make. Juice will not kill you or make your dick fall off, long as you're smart with it. And remember, the big boys didn't get big from juicing. That's just frosting. They got big by dedicating themselves to the gym and to their diet.

Man, 7 months is not that long a time to be training.
For the results you're talking about, it sounds like you are making progress.Try this
1) Look at your diet, is it a good clean diet, are you eating too much junk.

2) Look at your workout, are you getting the most out of your workout, do you need to change it up.

3) Remember steroids are not a magical pill, you don't take them and "poof" turn into a monster. You still have to put in years of hard work and sweat.
I'm not saying don't take them eventually, that is a personal decision you have to make. But 7 months is
not enough time to get a good base down.

Good luck.

seven months is seriously not a long time to be thinking about juicing. I know it seems like a long time but I'd wait AT LEAST another year or so before you start. Plus you're 20 or so years old, you have plenty of time to juice. Bodybuilding takes patience.

As for juicing, if you do enough good research and talk to the guys on this board, you can take AS and not mess up your health.

Keep up the hard work and you'll do fine.

I lifted 10 years before finally giving juice a try. I was frustrated and I had plateued. I made great gains though. 1) You have a lot of misinformation on steroids. You will only 'grow tits' and all that other shit if you dont take care of yourself. Knowledge is key. 2) You still have time. Be patient. 3) To gain mass, you need calories. That simple. You need more calories than your maintenance level, otherwise what is your body going to grow off of?? 4) Steroids are not magic at all. I have to work out just as hard if not harder and I definitely have to pay much more attention to my diet.

Maybe...

Seven Months really isn't a very long time. I am fully aware of that. I don't think it is fare. I know people who juice that are 2 years younger then me, and I know that at that age 17/18 years old it isn't a good idea but yet they are huge and they don't worry about anything. I just wanna get big and not have to worry about it. (Juice safely). LOL. You guys know what I mean?
