Hey everyone,
I've been reading the stuff on this site for a while and I liked it, so I decided to join up. I've been working out a lot for about five years now. I'm 5'10" and 183 lbs. I don't know what my body fat percentage is, but it's not too high. I figure if I lost 10 pounds of fat I'd be totally ripped. I eat fairly well during the week, but on weekends I tend to drink a bit and eat a few things I shouldn't. I'm thinking about doing some clen to try to lose this last ten pounds. What do you all think? Is this a good route to go? Is there a better way? Is there anything I should be stacking it with? Also, what's the best type of diet to follow to get lean without sacrificing muscle mass? Thanks.
