If you get busted for a misdemeanor marijuana posession charge, what is the likelyhood of the police coming back with a search warrant and trying to bust you for more shit?

They'd need some sort of reason to come to search your house... just because you were busted before... doesn't mean you have shit in your house... they'd need other types of evidence to get a search warrant for your house... EVEN if they busted you in your house with misdeamenor possession, they couldn't come BACK and search it again on the same premise or warrant...
And if they busted you in your house before, they'd need a warrant then... which means they could get probable cause that you had MJ there... and if they coudl get it once, they could get it again.. so I'd clear out... but if you were on the street/car/other place... No, I don't think they can search your house based on that.

I think what you're asking is, if this would cause them to pay closer attention to you in the future. The answer depends on several things.
Was the bust made by an officer who just happened to see it out in the open? If it was and he has no reason to suspect you of dealing, then it is highly unlikely that anyone in narcotics will even give it a second look.
If the bust was part of an operation run by narcotics then there is a very good chance that your name will be checked out to see if you are more deeply involved in this type of activity. If nothing catches their eye, you will be forgotten, but if something jumps out at them, they will keep an eye on you.
