getting big naturally

First, before the flames begin...I juice. I have done a few light cycles. I keep them light because my body responds to light doses very well. But I am noticing a few things that I am getting sick of. I see alot of people on this board that juice and dont look half as good as some of my friends that dont juice. Sure its easy to say that maybe some people dont have the best genetics and they still want to push past their level..fine. But I see pics of frat dogs posing behind bars, and guys saying they have "trained hard for 1 year." Man fucking train hard for five years and see where you get. Part of me wishes I put off juice for a few more years to train even harder naturally. I am 22 and trained hard since 16. Half the reason I decided to start juice was because I wanted to see how far i could push my body since I began to plateau, and to see if i could one day compete after training naturally for 6 years.
I am seeing alot of people deny the possibility to have a great physique naturally...or as some post says "anyone who looks good is probably juicing." I have a bro that doesnt even touch creatine and he looks better than me and 95% of the people on this board...make that 95% of people that post pics.
My point is, that with dedication, and solid training you can make awesome gains. Its not unheard of to have a 405 bench press and a solid six pack with natural training and supplements..granted its less likely. Maybe if half the fuckers stop going to the bar and workout YEAR round they will get better results. your results wont really come from the thais the Abombs the sus the test the eq the winny...that is just icing on the cake. Fuck maybe its just my dbol kicking in that is pissing me off, im just sick of hearing so much whining lately...maybe its cuz school hasnt started for alot of people yet.
yes roids are great yes they can push you past your plateau..but dont try to be a fucking superhero overnight and expect to stay on top of the game if your foundation isnt sound...hold me down.

I think that you are going to find more people in agreement with you than you may think on this board. Lay down a solid foundation before you even think of juice. And when you do a cycle eat good , train hard, get plenty of rest, don't go out and booze 5 nights a week. Good post.

I've been preaching this for years. No one listens. And you're right, most of the pics are pathetic, I doubt they represent the majority of the members. At least I hope not.

Thank you!! Finally someone said it. I mean, I've seen some guys post pics and they look like I did after just starting, I mean come on! I trained 5 and a half years before starting juice. I gained 55 pounds naturally while still staying at 7% bf. 145 skinny little punk to 200 naturally. You have to love training or else juice won't do shit for you!

A few points to mention:

1) It's not so much as laying a foundation but rather consistent and disciplined bodybuilding lifestyle throught. Look at Lee Preist. He juiced from a young age. But it's more due to his consistant training and diet (eating enough) that separates him from the others who juice at a young age too.

2) On this board you hear people asking how beer or alcohol will affect them if they are on AS. Fuck I get the impression that some here know a whole lot about drugs but don't know how to maximise gains from doing the basics like train, diet and rest.

3) And of course you get dickheads like Liftsiriron and Gary-Pussy-Wary that just cannot accept the fact that there are indeed some natural bodybuilders who look a lot better than juicers only because of their disciplined lifestyle and training.

I guess to each his own! If a punk wants to use AS but not MAXIMIZE his gains by watching his lifestyle, good for him! I couldn't give a fuck.

Yeah whats up with people drinking while doing a cycle, I don't get that. I don't think these people have enough decipline, thats why they look like shit on gear. They think its a miracle drug or something. I'll personally be training atleast 10 more years before I even think about gear

Well said my man. I've been training since I was 16, I'm 21 now. Training HARD. I've gotten to a point where I'm at a huge plateau and am just about at my natural limit. This convinced me to do one cycle, the one I'm on now. I commend people like you who KNOW how to lift, work HARD to build a good foundation, and EAT hard for years dedicating themselves before they do juice. Juice is not a quick fix for skin n bones freaks.

MzKz what does that stand for in queer talk, I get a charge out of a pitiful little bitch such as yourself calling me a pussy. Did you even read my reply to this thread?
You are one fucking joke.

Liftsiriron. You sound like such a tough guy.

Post a pic of yourself. You think you know so much when you adamantly insist that natural guys cannot look great. Fuck you pussy. Post a pic of yourself, holding a sheet of paper with your loser handle/nickname...and then, if u do indeed have a physique as good as you imply yourself to have, I'll take back every damn thing I said.

until then, fuck you.

Amen, brother!

MzKz look back a few weeks for a thread by decem, I have a pic posted. p.s. your mother has a crybaby little twat for a son, who doesn't know what he blabbing about. Why don't you post a pic, I could use a good laugh.

Liftsiriron. I tried looking for your pic, but I couldn't find it. However, while looking for it, I have read some of your posts and I can conclude that you are quite experienced in the sport and lifestyle of bodybuilding. And not just a young 22 year old punk.

My animosity towards you is plainly because I've noticed that a lot of drug user can't give credit to the elite drug-free bodybuilders. And you seem to be one of them. You condescendingly told me that I live in a "dream world" for thinking that Skip is drug free.

If he is drug free or not I guess we can argue till we grow old. However, I maintain that he is indeed drug free because I've seen a few people, including myself who have gotten incredible physiques by natural training. My problem is with young punks who lack discipline and write off anyone who has an impressive physique as definately using AS.

What I'm saying to you is that we really should respect both sides of bodybuilding. Natural and otherwise. You have my reluctant respect for responding to so many posts and thus trying to help other. You are also educated, having a phd in a field unrelated to bodybuilding. Working on a phd myself, I know how hard it is to be successful in academia as well as being actively involved in bodybuilding.

Now, if you cannot give credit to natural bodybuilders, then at least respect my opinion. Don't tell me that I live in a dream world. Do that, and I'll respect your opinion and you.

Please do post a pic and I'll fairly critique it. As for my pic, I don't have one now. Also, I'm hesitant to take one now as I'm training arond an injury and am not in my best shape. But I will post it soon, though.

MzKz I don't have anything against you or natural bodybuilders. I don't believe that anyone using roids should compete at a natural show, I can not sware that skip and tito use drugs, although I suspect that they do. I trained 10 years drug free and competed three years before I ever used steroids. When I do cycle I do lower doses for a quite long cycle, this I believe works better for me. I am having trouble with my elite account at present, I can't raise an avatar nor can I post pics at present, But I'm e-mailing chris the trouble shooter to get things working. I get fired up a little quickly some time, maybe the drugs. By the way I do respect the fact that you train natural and are making good gains. If I had kept making gains naturally I may have never tried steroids, although I do love em now.

Liftsiriron. It's good that we've come to an understanding. I apologize for the immature things I've said. It's the internet thing, you know!

Anyway, no hard feelings, ok?

If the time comes when I do decide to juice, I'll do my research and ask this board and you for advice.

I have a question that I've been wanting to ask for a while:
As long as you're training as hard and as dedicated as you can...what's the difference if you train natural until you hit your peak, then juice, or while you're training hard, use juice to enhance and speed up your gains?
As long as you are training right...what's the difference?
Can someone let me know why it's better?

Think about it this way:
Guy #1 trains naturally and gets to 200lbs. w/ 7% bf(this is his genetic limit).
Guy #2 trains hard but starts juice at 175 w/ 7% bf.

They both start juice at 200lbs and 175lbs respectively. Both do 1st cycle of test, each gain 20lbs. Guy #1 is 220, while guy #2 is 195. Get the picture. That's what happens if you start too early. You'll have to use more juice eventually to get the gains you could have gotten naturally. (I should mention, guy#1 and guy#2 is the same person, he just started juice at different times). The above example describes my training partner and me exactly. He started in high school, I did my first cycle middle of sophmore year of college. I'm already bigger than him and I've only done 1 while he's done 3 or 4. Am I right vets or are my thoughts wrong?

I must agree

A friend of mine brought his friend to the gym, he subcribed etc...
He now working out since a big week, and tonight he asked me what gears I can find him to get cut,
I laughed this was too funny, so I recommend TwinLab Gainer 3000, I hope he gets the results he want
:D :D

I totally agree, I wished that I would have waited just awhile longer to see how far I could have gone with my potential genetics. Don't get me wrong now, AS took me futher then I could have imagine but now that I'm going naturally the motivation is sometimes harder to pull......

I believe that everyone should train hard and eat right for about four to five years before trying steroids. See what your body will do. Anabolic Avenger I agree with you on starting to early, it's a waste of juice as well as raw potential. By the way uou can't leg press 415.
