in 2004 i was going to do my first contest needless to say alot of things when wrong and i had to give it up, but anyway here i am with nothing to stop me and i am ready to go balls to wall i have recently got back in shape and i have put on about 15 pounds by just eating i just wondering what you guys would do if you were in my shoes as far cycles to get back to my orginial shape
when quit workout and diet and all that i was 5'6 and still am of course
arms 19 3/4"
chest 50"
legs 30"
calf 19"
waist 30"
weighting at 204lbs
now i am just a little over 170lbs and my measurements aren't even worth talking about and i just wondering if you were in my shoes how would you go about will be taking gh for sure what else would you take?
