Totally agree! BTW: Nelson, I love your theory of no cardio when dieting. Are you still an advocate of it? On this cutter I used almost no cardio (maybe 1 session a week). I lost even more fat than before since I restricted my calories more, thus compensating for the absence of cardio. Cardio is great for health, but I just hate it!

Yeah, cardio sucks. : )

Baby: Sure you do it all, I just think superset weight training is a much better fat burning exercise than cardio. Not sure if they ship to the UK. Call them 1-800-343-1803.
