getting a crazy pump...always, is this good?

offcourse getting the pump is always good and whitout it u dont work hard enough.
always getting a crazy pump, and i mean ridicolus. swell up like 3 times almost...it seems


but even if its just arms day, what i had to day, im getting pumped in my chest, delts and back to.
im always focusing on the muscle thats being trained, but even if i do superslowreps on the any exercise i get pumped like hell, allover.

is this good for me, could this in some way leed to overtraining or should i just be happy about it?

This is a common misonception, the "pump" you get has noting to do with how well/ sucessfull your w/o is. It is only the momentarily of pumping "blood" into a muscle.

Kind of like being sore the next day, it's not a good indication of how well a w/o is, just that you're not conditioned to the work you've given it.

As far as if it is good or bad for you someone else will have to answer that one.
 
i don't like pumps. if it gets out of hand and doesn't subside soon enough it just gets in the way of being able to add more workload in that workout.... so i would say it's not great contrary to what you are about to hear from a few who will say pump it up! :D
 
Yeh pumps really dont do anything for you, when you feel them coming your actually should stop because all that acid will actually hurty your muscles.
