guys those who have used dnp know what it can do to you mentaly and physically. so no need to ask "does this guy know what he's talking about"? since i like to think outside the box and i have no need for gear im trying to work with what i am willing to do.
now ive been on 600mg dnp for the past 4 days going through my reglular 50min cardio sessions and im throwing around more weight now than i did before i started. yes, yes im sweating balls, i am lethargic and i do have killer carb cravings. so fukin what. i happen to be a bit more mentally strong than the average guy because i would like to see someone on 600mg a day do a full leg workout of 6X8 squats at 400lbs. i dont drop the weight as the sets go on. leg press 1000lbs 6X8, leg ext. 6X15. then we start hams......bragging no its just that dnp affects everyone differently. that being said im thinking if i could find an answer to the diet aspect why cant i put on some size? more weight, intense workouts, hmmmmm sounds like all i need to do is some experimenting with my diet to figure out what ratios of calorie intake i need to get the job done.
does anyone feel they have DIET suggestions regarding my experiment given the way dnp affects MY BODY?
ohh i forgot to mention before i started dnp i always did 50min of cardio at the end of my workouts. so even if you make it through the leg workout lets see what you have left for cardio.
