Gettin Big On Dnp!!!!

im planning on going on a 4-8week cycle at 200mg a day. i know im gonna burn fat on the low dose going for at least 3 weeks or more. what im wondering is how would i have to eat in order to put on some muscle while on this dosing schedule? not looking for 10-15lbs of muscle increase (unrealistic)just a few extra pounds.:D
 
hehe, ok, now this is funny. No offense iron, but do you know what DNP is and is used for?

hmm, I have used it twice, I bloody well hope I know what it is used for.

wtf would he want to lose the bf and gain muscle, almost impossible when on dnp, if you have used it you will understand that.

I think the question is, do you no what it is used for? It is very hard to gain much of anything while on dnp.

ok well im sure you guys have heard about this rebound effect when you come off DNP. Many people report 7lbs incease in lean muscle.

apparently due to the mitocondria (sp) in the cells.

would anyone care to explain this further?

guys those who have used dnp know what it can do to you mentaly and physically. so no need to ask "does this guy know what he's talking about"? since i like to think outside the box and i have no need for gear im trying to work with what i am willing to do.

now ive been on 600mg dnp for the past 4 days going through my reglular 50min cardio sessions and im throwing around more weight now than i did before i started. yes, yes im sweating balls, i am lethargic and i do have killer carb cravings. so fukin what. i happen to be a bit more mentally strong than the average guy because i would like to see someone on 600mg a day do a full leg workout of 6X8 squats at 400lbs. i dont drop the weight as the sets go on. leg press 1000lbs 6X8, leg ext. 6X15. then we start hams......bragging no its just that dnp affects everyone differently. that being said im thinking if i could find an answer to the diet aspect why cant i put on some size? more weight, intense workouts, hmmmmm sounds like all i need to do is some experimenting with my diet to figure out what ratios of calorie intake i need to get the job done.

does anyone feel they have DIET suggestions regarding my experiment given the way dnp affects MY BODY?

ohh i forgot to mention before i started dnp i always did 50min of cardio at the end of my workouts. so even if you make it through the leg workout lets see what you have left for cardio.
 
well not gonna get any answers here on this one everyone is wrapped up on the sides of dnp. guess ill have to go straight to the gurus.:fro:
 
Just be patient, the Guru's will come to you. I bet the reason your not getting answer is because most use it to lose fat not gain muscle. And as already stated, the "rebound" effect some report is anecdotal at best. I dont really think anyone in this thread is fretting over the sides.
 
DNP sides can be horrible, would never recommend this shit to anyone, it scares me to much, I take 1gr of Test a week but I won't use that shit.
Yes you'll loose fat but you won't gain muscle
