What kind of packaging do they ship them in(blank box? wrapped up inside?). I was thinking of ordering them but I dont want someone to open it and then wonder why I have a box of syringes.

They use USPS. Its usually a bag of pins etc inside a paper box.

it's priority mail... very tight and nicely packed. there is no chance it can get busted and getting just part of your order...
and on return label it says GPZ services...
so, it's all good...
