Get Pinz - Or not..........

I'm not one to shit-talk any reputable company - but when a company "touts" a service and then doesn't back it up with a turn-around time.................in my book - that's just not being a man-of-your-word

I know some "mod" will undoubtedly lock, delete, flame, or whatever this post - but someone will see it - and it's just not right.

These boards are fuckin cool for info and the bro's are all cool - but I think that the content here is "stifled" WAY too much and the mods here need to let the leash out just a little so we can actually get a few things off our chests.(big or not)

Well bro, as you said, its better to get something off your chest than hold it in, regardless of who likes it and who doesnt.

As far as get-pinz is concerned so far i have gotten all of my shipments promptly on time and have been satisfied customer of theirs. But im no longer with them as recently i have received (for the second time) few dull needles. I didnt even know until my friend tried to jab me and it hurt like a motherfucker. I thought one was no big deal but 3 in a row are a deal breaker for me. From now on its on to CVS and good thing about them is i dont need to get a whole lot. 10 at a time is more than good enough for me.

There i got something off my chest too (not too big of a chest though, but working on it.)

yes - and it's not local mail - cause everything else has been normal - and when I contacted them - thier Customer Service was "horrible"

There was a post a few weeks ago about this, with someone saying that the terumo (sp?) needles were dull or bent. I got my package today, friday, and placed my order on sunday. I only get the BD pins from them, as I find them to be the best. They do take a while sometimes, but I wasnt in a rush so it was fine. Ha I just hope now that theres no dull ones here cuz that shit hurts

That really does not make any sense. I have been using them for 5 years now and live on the other side of the country...I always get my stuff lickety split.

USE THEM - I don't believe in black-listing a source just cause they fucked up with "me" - but it's just not what I expected.

You see (2-5 days) - you think - 5 days at the most - not a couple of weeks.

Next time pay with Visa and if you don't get your product call visa and tell them you paid for something and you never got what you payed for.

They will open a claim and get your funds back.

I feel your fustration! I have used them and was suprised that I had my package in 2 days and they are on the other side of the country. Maybe something got screwed up in the mail. I know we all make mistakes sooner or later. I had an order from ebay that got sent all over cali then to texas before it got to be. I know because I tracked it. I just say let it slide but if happens agin then dont use the company. Thats what i do

Used them for the first time and was surprised at how fast I received my order. Living on a little island in the middle of the Pacific has it's perks, but quick mail delivery definitely isn't one of them. I agree and would be similarly frustrated if I were in your position.
