Ya just made thes they wherent that bad either with some sugar free maple syrup.Real high in protein.

Optimum Whey Choclate-Use as much as you feel like eating

one-three eggwhites depending on how much mix you use

some skim milk just enough to give it that pancake mixture look.It works good to just blen all ingredents in a blender to and than just pour into your pan
