Hey boyz/galz wuzup Nicee here with a question, ok as you all know from my posts ive been sick all during week three of my test cycle I tried to work out twice this week both good workouts but they made it ten times worse, I am very depressed and disapointed with myself I have not made any gains from this week and have not been able to eat 6 meals a day! im soo pissed so my question is I have a 12 week cycle planned would it be ok for me to extend it to 13 weeks,would it make up for the lost week ?
