Hey boyz/galz wuzup Nicee here with a question, ok as you all know from my posts ive been sick all during week three of my test cycle I tried to work out twice this week both good workouts but they made it ten times worse, I am very depressed and disapointed with myself I have not made any gains from this week and have not been able to eat 6 meals a day! im soo pissed so my question is I have a 12 week cycle planned would it be ok for me to extend it to 13 weeks,would it make up for the lost week ?
 
nicee sickee? u gotum test flu? i don't see where another week would hurt as long as you have enuff pct supplies, but i'm nowhere near an expert on this.
 
Yes, you could extend it and it will not hurt anything. I'd stay home and rest, and get as much sleep as you can. Maybe only some light cardio. If you are feverish, then just stay home altogether. I do not even fuck around anymore when I get sick. I used to try and 'tough it out,' but have learned the hard way over the years that that wasn't the best and smartest thing to do. You feel the way you do right now because you are sick, that is normal, but once you feel better again, you will see that you didn't lose much at all.

Stay well hydrated and drink tons of water. Also, i'd get a ton of Green Tea in ya as well. To tell ya the truth, i've used that Airborne stuff twice and it really did help me a lot. Bump up the vitamin C as well. There are a lot of things you can do that 'may' get ya better faster, but sleep and rest is gonna be the most important...as well as staying hydrated.

I cought the test flu on my test E, got it around week 5, i was sick for about 2 weeks, lifted the first week even tho i was sick but it made it worse. Then I took a week off but it was to late. It turned into a throat infection after that (i ended up going to the doctors it was so bad).

I ended my cycle at week 8.

Was going to do 12 weeks, but I plan on doing another on in april and do the full 12 weeks.


I would just extend it as long as you feel better, ifyou still feel sick then dont lift.


BTW, I had amps made by Galenika , was shooting 500 per week, do you by any chance have the same gear?
 
No I dont have the same gear as u, I am shooting 500/wk though, also I dont think its the gear I went to visit the folks and they were both sick with a flu they picked up in cuba everyone who has come in contact with them has gotten sick, my sister and mothers flu has escalated into neumonia, I had to take a whole week off work (sux balls) :worried:

Thanx bro I think ill just rest all weekend and hopefully be ok for next week, it just sux having to waste gear
