get androgel..... legally!

I just got a prescription of androgel, and was wondering how others have made out on it.
How do you incorporate androgen replacement into your cycles, especially when you have to get bloodwork done to show that you are maintaining optimal levels?

Note: If anyone wants to get legal testosterone.
Go to the doctor following your cycle, get a blood test to show your testosterone is low, then talk him into prescribing it to you....it's that easy...and cheap if you have a prescription plan.

androgel is only good for your overall test count-it won't make you look any better

Using two 5 gram doses/day will raise blood levels equal to 200mg/week of enanthate, but LH will not be suppressed, and E2 levels will not be elevated. The 272 patients had significant increases in LBM, and decreases in BF.

i look at it like this. if the androgel bumps up my test level by 300 points , then i'm that much closer to the superpharmalogical state that would result in gains. that said, i would rather have a shot of depotest anytime

I tried Rx Testoderm once. 6mg daily dose. Didn't do much. But I'm comparing it to Deca and the likes that I took 20 years ago. I did get a bad case of Rosacea. Had to go back and get some Metrogel to clear that up. I was 52 at the time and my Test wasn't even low, but the doc gave it to me anyway. I just wanted to try it. He asked me later if I would prefer Test injections. He didn't seem to have any problem prescribing Test, but Deca and the synthetic orals are a no no.

Androgel sucks. Everyday application to see min. results, 1 cc p/w of Testoviron depot for me brings my Test levels from 74 to 890. You cant beat that.

I agree with you Megadeth, and i somewhat take back what I said about androgel. Androgel did bring my test levels up, but enanthate is a much beter long-term choice. I had to use androgel for 3 mouths and then switch to enanthate (for HRT) to make a objective comparison, and enanthate wins...hands down!

Do you use 200mg/wk for HRT. If so, how long have you been doing so, and do you have any side effects (low HDL, high liver enzymes)? Also, do you use a low dose of anti-Es with 200mg/wk? I use 1 tab of femara (2.5mg)/wk, divided in 2 doses, and this has put estrogen on the low end of normal (~15 pg/dl).

Androgel

I used androgel for a while. A pack only gives you 50 mg of
testosterone per package of 5 grams. I get my testosterone
from an anti-aging clinic where the formulations go up to
20 %. What I'm using gives me 200 mg of testosterone per
gram. So I get 60 grams per month. That means I can apply
up to 400 mg of testosterone per day. I myself only use

I am on Depo-Test since my insurance pays for it. They will not pay for AndroGel (which is about $150 a month?).

I am getting Deop Test shots and he gave me androgel to take as well. I am getting the prescription filled but not using it(saving it,not sure why). I'm going to a urologist,but my concern is he does not seem concerned about giving me and Anti-E.I understand an anti-e is good for off cycle.

Well, if you are on trt and do cycles than you would normally resume trt after pct, like you just mentioned.

Told my doc the wife did not like me having the androgel on my shoulder(afraid it would rub off on her) so he gave me a prescription for STRIANT.30mgs a day...put a SMALL tab between your upper lip and gum once in the morning and then at night.It stays in place for twelve hours,take the old one out and put the new one on the other side of your mouth.

you can legally buy testosterone from mexico for your own personal use under u.s. code 21.
if you put natural (not salts) testosterone in DMSO you can use 3 mg a day.
you are getting 20% absorption at best. DMSO is 99% absorption. the pharmacist can't make it for you legally. you can make your own. i use 3 mg a day (we only make 6-8 mg a day when we're young) in DMSO on my inner wrist. NO ESTROGENS.
i pay $60 to the mexican online pharmacy for one gram (10 X 100 Denkall) and add 333 drops of 99% DMSO. that's $5 a month and no doctor. doctors rob you and have no idea what they're doing with hormones.

Update: Went to see an ENDO and after blood work he started me on 100mgs every 5 days...Good thing Insurance pays for 4cc per month.Plan on stacking it with EQ.

Well Roger what I see here is you trying to push your book.Your right I'm not that old only 47 and after seeing three seperate doctors ALL showing low test(110 and below).I have to belive what my body and the bloodwork tells me.I have used Gel,pills etc.....Shots work for me.As far as not knowing what I'm doing,where do you come off telling me that?I must not be as smart as you,because I go to an ENDOCRINOLOGIST and follow up with bloodwork every six months to test for ALL forms of test(free etc...)....and for your information I love the way I feel and look! Don't look for me to buy your book,hell I can't read anyway. I think I will stay uninformed and kill myself with what I am doing now.

Hi guys, I see all Your useful information here. I just want to contribute my two cents on this matter. As I can understand topical testosterone is becoming more and more accepted as a therapy for middle aged men whether the injections have been for long time viewed as a bad practice. I think this is somehow helping much in letting testosterone become available easier compared to the past. So now You can easily get It from Your primary in the forms of gels and creams.
