West Virginia Boys Sue State for Being Abused by Totally Skanky Teacher

STRANGE CREEK, West Virginia — More teenage boys have come forward accusing a female school teacher of rape, and this time the crime is truly heinous. Instead of the teacher being a twenty-something bimbette, the teacher is a 37-year old, two-hundred pound, West Virginia wildebeest.
Toni Lynn Woods, a 6th grade teacher in Strange Creek, West Virginia, is alleged to have had sexual intercourse with five of her students. The boys, all under the age of 16, are angry that they weren’t abused by a teacher like Pamela Turner, the 27-year old Phys-Ed teacher who is alleged to have jumped one lucky boy’s bones in nearby Tennessee.
“What a gyp!” said one of the West Virginia boys. “A guy in Tennessee gets violated by a bikini-wearing cupcake, and we’re the boy-toys for a tobacco-chewing, wooly mammoth. I hate this place!”
Although the alleged sexual encounters were consensual, it is a crime in West Virginia for an adult to have sex with someone who is under 16 if the adult is at least four years older than the juvenile, and is not married to the juvenile. This means that if an 18-year old marries a 15-year old, it's legal to do the hippity-bibbity. However, this law does not apply if the marriage is between a brother and sister and/or cousin, which is why so few cases of abuse occur in the state.
Local officials say the boys may have thought that Woods was a farm animal, which would account for their not reporting the incidents sooner.
