Can we please ban this little worthless scammer BILLY123 from the board. Not just by his name, but by his computer. So he can never come on this board again. He brings to much uneccesary attention to the board with his little scammer websites and such. I think it would be in the best interst of the board.

PS- He was banned this morning, but of course he came back to be a little dick head.
