Anybody has this??

Do you guys still take out the skin of chicken(breast, thigh, dumbell part ;) ) after you grill or not? I was wondering if most of the fat of the skin would be gone after grilling it, therefore, being able to eat it guilt-free.. no? :coffee:

The dumbell part of the chicken, eh????? LOL....you made my day..........the Foreman is a great tool. Get some chicken breasts that are already boneless and skinless....slap it on the grill and you are good to go............

and a whole lot of bbq sauce so i dont have to gag on the plain chicken breasts.

sorry jkurz, i couldnt resist.

A whole lot of BBq sauce has a whole lot of sugar. I use cajun seasoning and or hot sauce to give them a little zing.

Sam's Club and Costco sell fresh bulk boneless/skinless breasts for $2.49/lb (vs $4.99 at the local grocery store). I wrap them up in pairs and toss a big ziplock in the freezer...16-20 breasts.

To answer you actual question...yes, I would still remove the skin.

$99 at Walmart.......dont know anyone with one though....I have the HUGE indoor one and it SUCKS. Great for parties, sucks to clean!
