the very first 4 weeks of training, I have done full body workout and now the rest of my weeks I'm doing split workout. I now train 3 days a week then take one rest day. For at least a good hour, sometimes I try to add more time too it. MY diet in the beginning was off, I wasn't consuming enough calories because i was trying to cut down but in the 5th week I'm trying to consume more carbohydrate as possible. I Bought myself a protein shake to be safe. I have gain 10lbs right now but some of it looks like water and fat retention. I want to run but I find it hard because of my shins feel too much pain. So now I have to work with high reps with moderate weight to help me cut down and help alittle with my cardio which seems to suck right now.
