Genetic potential

I know on here people talk about being young and not at your natural potential. Ive ran 3 cycles am 22 5'10 1/2 220 16% bf. About. I know I'm not at size limit even naturally but feel at limit for strength just wanted get peoples opinions on what they thought.

On my last cycle which was tren E at 300 a week and test prop at 100 eod for 5 weeks. The final week got to 495 on bench. Squat was around 675 and deadlift close 700. Have always trained more for strength. Was weighing around 240 at the time and at a higher bf.

Basically anymore can't hold numbers very well if continue to train hard can keep about 450 bench while still doing sports, a 650 deadlift and 600-635 squat. I feel like could maybe add a little to lifts natural if just focused on powerlifting only ( which I'm not need to be in a weightclass with cardio so doesn't matter now). Now that not focusing on # and am getting in shape for wrestling know numbers are lower. Feel stronger to wrestle so all that matters.

from my perspective feel am pretty maxed on strength without using extra enhancement. What you guys think? Close to hitting my natural wall on strength?

that's a pretty strong bench man... keep in mind, your only 22 years old... you haven't reached your peak at 22 on strength... you might be stuck for a while but you can still make improvement... ive had many times that I have been stuck for sometime and I had to switch up routines and the way I was going about training to get past plateaus... you just have to figure out what works for you...

your avatar is pretty creepy bro... =)

Thanks man appreciate it. Told spotter be ready cus didnt think was gonna get it.

Yeah I've had that happen before just after doing a few cycles wondered if had hit final wall. I know am definitely getting a lot closer. With aas tho know could go a lot farther. Would maybe do some powerlifting down the road.

Irony is can lose about a 100lbs on bench & squat (always able pull 585 even when wrestled 184) and if am in wrestling mode feel waay stronger to get ahold of someone. For now am just gonna focus on that and then see down the road.

And the ear hurt.. it looks better after drained it.. myself.. (which freaking hurt) good thing has needles laying around lol

Pulling 675 believe is what was at almost 240 even if fat on a third cycle isn't that hard to imagine. Look at powerlifting numbers they are pulling substantially more. Its my best lift as far as always able keep good strength. Squat is my weakest buddy got to 700 squat but is swole.. we bench same and pull about same.

Even tho always been in sports I basically trained like a powerlifter. Am a pussy strength wise for reps. Deadlift usually do singles to warm up all the way to a a one rep.. bench and squat have in the past rarely gone above 6 reps for working sets. Usually triples to one.

I really wish would've videod the bench especially.. but couldn't have posted here cus could tell gym was at cus of school logos.. in next yr and a half will video some stuff to post right now need to get my weight down to low 200s for wrestling season.

Always had good strength so taken it for granted that #s are respectable. Moya is far smaller and hitting very good #s.

I just posted #s to get an idea of experience level where was at and my point was I can't hold #s well lose 30-40 lbs off lifts after last cycle of tren and now that am only trying maintain size as come down and focusing on cardio and grappling probably lost 100 off peak on squat & bench.

I'm sure am close maxed for anything usable for wrestling cus lose a good amount if don't. Don't need be stronger for it but curious if was closing in since don't hold nearly as much strength when come off

Well I have been involved in powerlifting for a few years now and have been lifting for awhile, and your numbers are very good.I dont feel you should have juiced this early as your obviously genetically gifted. You can still make some natural gains, but they wont be what your accustomed to. The problem with peaking early is you hit the genetic wall early. Thats why you only see a small number of 500lb raw benchers, a few 600+, and only like 3 or 4 700lb benchers. If you feel you have the potential to be a 600+ bencher, then go after it. Your going to have to work your ass off. Are you a world class wrestler? If so focus on that now and bench later. If your just wrestling for fun, Id focus on the bench.

Yeah its weird just trying to keep some of what hit on cycle.
Not world, national level though, one more yr maybe 2 if wanted am eligible. I figure can always powerlift later on. Might do a little mma first. Trying not to get caught up in the numbers than focusing on what matters to wrestle. If was a little bigger would just lift and wrestle heavyweight. I hate losing weight am an easy keeper too.. wont ever be winning a bb show that's for sure
