do you think that some people might only have the ability to build a 16in arm max even on juice.

I'd say thats a contradictory question. Juice will ignore genetic limits and sail past them, so if on juice and training properly etc., I would say 18"+ is well possible, even for genetic runts, given high enough doses of juice. What one can sustain off the juice is a matter for genetic limit. At the mo, I'm holding 16" and have been off for 6 mths, I think I could only hold another inch or so without juice.:(

no, if they are eating and training that muscle correctly, and then add steroids it will grow or the gear is bunk.

Good Gear + Traing + Diet= results period

Peace

My first post in a long while...Don't ever think limit...Even if your stuck...focus on diet more then the stuff...but never think limit...you're only prepared to fail if you think limit.

There is too much genetic limit bullshit flying around lately.

Bodybuilding is about learning to control your build. At 16 inch arms, fuck the genetic limit excuse. Learn how to train and eat to grow.

A 16 inch arm at a lower bodyfat level is by no means small. Even for people that are about 6 feet tall.

Yes it possible, b/c anything is possible.
1 guy could have 15 in arms do everything right, train as best he can, eat quality meals, supplement correctly, and sleep enough everyday. He juices his arms go up to 19 in.

Other guy, does exact same, takes juice does everything, only goes up 17 in, max.

Genetics play a big role in how big a person can get naturally, they also play a big role in how well they respond to AS, some may respond awesome and some with ok results. How many times have you guys seen on here how someone gains 30-40 lbs of a cycle, someone else takes the exact same thing and only gains 10-15 lbs. Unfortunately genetics play a big role, but if you do everything as you should you can still build a great physique, whether you are Mr. Olympia or not.

Sorry its long.

Well, genteic limit can be skewed from one persons eyes to another...I might be able to get 20" arms at 230 lbs with 20% bf...but do I want that...hell no...I like to think of "the genetic limt" as a set point while still looking the way I want to look...Sure one could put on more bf and sail past that point, but would you really want to? There is a point that you will not be able to get past (whether you want to believe that or not...)

Yep, there are natural limits to muscle hypertrophy. Yep, these limits are different for everyone.

The point is TOO MANY PEOPLE PUT TOO MUCH THOUGHT INTO ONE'S THEORETICAL GENETIC LIMIT!!

Anybody who has TRULY come close to their "limit" will know their body so damn well, so fully, that such a person would never consider to ask about genetic limit.

If many of us would focus less on genetic limitations and more on bodybuilding, we'd be much more advanced than we are.

Wow, exactly what I was going to say. Too much "genetic limit" bullshit floating around the boards.

From what I understand, yes this is true, there is genetic limits to how big you can get. I read somewhere that you have a set amount of musle fibers that can get converted to actual tissue. I don't know how true it is, it was a while back but it was an interesting read. If i find it again i'll post about it

I would hope not. I had 16 1/2" arms before I started juice and I was only 173 lbs.

Everyone here should go to the pictures of members forum and check out Galaxy's traning partner picks.

He has 18+ inch arms is massive without juicing.

As slobberknocker once said it "the harder I train, and the more I eat, the better my genetics seem to get"
