General question on supplements..

How long should it take for them to work? For example i know there are mixed reviews with supplements such as zma. However i have taken it for about 2 weeks now and i have seen some positives. There is def a difference.

Now i will say i believe i was zinc deficient, and i also believe i have had low Testosterone now for a year or two. I know zma supplements are supposed to help restore or balance one's natural T production, thats why i started taking them.

Again though, after 2 weeks i believe i have seen improvement. I'm just wondering if things might get even better. For zma, or any supplement in general, how long should one take it before making a desicion on whether its working or not? I've heard anywhere from a couple weeks to a couple of months.

QUICK, what's your favorite number? I bet I can guess. HAHA! :)

Hey man, welcome to the forum. First of all, your question is very general, but I understand your underlying meaning. You're not asking about supplements in general, but rather you're asking about ZMA specifically and how long it will be before you realize a noted increased in testosterone normalization - correct?

ZMA, although a fine sleep aid, doesn't manifest the desired dynamic impact on a level that would bring about a shift in your performance or muscular development. In order to use your money, and time, wisely and productively, please allow me to suggest looking into HCGenerate from Need to Build Muscle.

You can click the name itself I typed above, and it should take you to a page to learn more. I am not entirely sure on the stock and availability of it right now, as it is always changing since it sells out so fast and the orders are extinguished within a few days every time a new batch arrives, but it is a very strong and useful utility to regain your testosterone levels.
