idealy you would like to be below 12% because juice will raise your blood pressure more if you are fatter. Being really fat and on gear can be a huge strain on the heart
its alot easier on your system if your somewhat lean to begin with and alot easier to shread any of your unwanted fat at the end of a cycle... your decision though, 30lbs now or 60lbs later. youll be much happier if you get rid of them now..
