yes, unless domestic and safe! very bad can take home, search,ect,ect.

Chances are, if they are going to bust you it's because they want the source. Therefore if they know the source, which is probably where they got your info or addy, they will get you wether it's shipped to your house, po box, MBE or whatever other means you use, including shipping it under someone elses name or the myth about not opening it right away or rejectingthe package. Bottom line is, if they want you, they're gonna get you. You should have your house clean anytime you're receiving anything no matter where it's shipping to. A small shipment, you may be able to get out of but, if they have the opportunity to say that you are going to distribute it, then your ass is probably gonna be in big trouble.

If it's domestic you shouln't have any worries. I do it all the time and never had a problem.
