gear info and useage

hey bro's.happy new year.this is the year i hope to get to 10%bf.my current is around 15%and is mostly situated around the gut area(were else).maybe a little info about myself would be helpfull so i can get some imput on how to acheive my goal.well for startersbeen training for 10yrs 5'8.186lbs bf 15%. 40yrsold. i'm no stranger to anabolics but i only recieved so so gains from there useage,i only used short cycles 6-8 wks and low doses 250mg-350mg test per wk for eg.diet seems decent 3500-4000 daily.so for my next cycle i would appreciate some imput here is what i have to work with...100dbol,20ml of delatestryl200mg/ml,ttokyo eq 10ml 200mg/mland last but not least 30ml of finaplix.a trainer once described my abs as abdominal extended this has always been a problam area maybe from bloat i don't know.well that it any help would appreciated.rgards .bmh. :D
 
first of all you are consuming too many calories for dieting. Second I will not suggest using gear if your diet is not on key. Your total intake of calories per day should be your (lbm x 12). Start with this, then look into cleaning up your diet. There are many ways to do this. Also try adding cardio 3x's a week into your routine.

I suggest going to the diet board and begin reading. there is plenty of useful info. Once you begin dieting down and perhaps you can't reach your goals then consider adding some gear.
