Gear in the Philippines

I just moved to the Philippines from the states. I know they have to have gear here, but I dont know what I should be asking for. I dont want to run down a whole list at the parm asking if they have this or that.
Does anyone know what they do have here?
Scrips can be bought here with no problem, and there are a shit load of vet clinics.
Anyone have any info that could help me out?
