well , first let me start by saying thanx to everyone that chims in and shares
thair insight and experiances. some of us newbies (including me ) i woulda paid to know what i ve learned here. here s my story. i race quads(yfz) on a pro level ,and stunt streetbikes(r6). im 35 6 foot 165.i v been lifting on ,and off for years,the past 6 or 7 months i ve been practicing the weight lifting lifestyle as if it was a religion and put on 6lbs,but now when i hit the gym i for sure am not making gains, and i dont even get that feel good high i used to.
