I'll make this short and sweet, but please give advice. Cycle starts monday
1-6 NNP 200mg/e3d & Cabaser
1-4 Anavar 50mg/day
4-7 Winny 50mg/day
3 wks/ test eth 500,250,250
PCT.................................

Never did short strong cycle like this. Should I train example 1,2 or 3

1.) 1 muscle group M-F Sat & Sun OFF

2.) Mon: chest/tris Wed :Back/Biceps Fri: Legs/shoulders

3.) M/W/F Full body work outs hitting each muscle group hard once.

I usually train example 1 although think I may be better in a short cycle with 3 due to 3times more the muscle gets hit in 6 weeks. If I can recover that fast?

this is the best routine IMO , it works really well for most of the people

monday - chest
thusday - backs
wednesday - legs , abs
thursday - delts, traps, calves
friday - bis , abs
saturday - tris , calves
sunday - off

Gear or no gear , I follow this routine , always .

It drives me crazy all the different opinions on training. Looks like your hitting tri 3 time/wk. I get flamed whenever I say I do this....
I think to many people under train thinking they are going to over train. Then they train like pussies and wonder why they dont look different....

I still wonder if the day off between workouts is better, I look at EVICTION's results on his last NNP cycle, and also having the same build as him think this may be the way to go. I just have a good cycle lined up and hate to skip a day if not needed in a short cycle like this.

The heavy weights of bodybuilding really emphasize the rest for your CNS system. Which they say do not even train 2 days in a row. Which Im not sure about but that is why I interupt with a rest day in between workouts...

you gotta rest , that is a fact . If you hit the weights HARD and INTENSE , you WILL overtrain if you don't REST . Even Ronnie coleman REST . So , IMO eviction's aproach is not good .

Most of the pros work 2 -3 days then rest 1 , work 2-3 days , rest 1 , and so on

I don't do it like this because I am paranoid and I think it is too much rest , but it is probably not .

I only rest on sunday . So , I workout 6 days , rest 1 and so on ...

And every now and then ( say like every 2-3 months ) take a whole week OFF .

I'm really thinking of leaning toward example 3. I never train this way although want to get the most out of 6 weeks on gear, I like to hit each body part hard once a week although that only allows me 6 times to grow during cycle. Mavy I know you are training this way hows that working for you?

Victor, You don't have problems hitting tri's hard on saturday then going hard again on monday for chest?

sometimes I do my tris with my bis on friday , and leave the sat for cardio and calves only .... but lately I am really hitting my tris on saturday and by monday they are recovered already ..... maybe just a lil bit sore but no problem
