This is what I have for my first ever cycle:
400 tabs of Russian Dbol
20ml total of Deca (200mg/l)
I have spent hours rearching this site for ideas before I have sumitted this post. From what I have read I think 400 mg/l per week for 10 weeks of Deca, and 30 mg of Dbol ED for 4 to 6 weeks seems good.
I know how to train and eat, I would just like some honest opinions about the gear. For example : tapering and post cycle
