GEAR dosing during pct

Ok...Ended my beast cycle, started my pct. I read where a few people said use GEAR during pct but no dosing schedule. I took it during cycle 5 caps pre, 5 post and inbetween meals.

Should I just keep the same schedule? Sorry if this seems like a no brainer but I hate taking shit just to be taking it. I like my supps to be optimum.lol

I also have bridge on hand. Should I go ahead and start that or wait till after pct..run bridge for 4 weeks then back on beast and n2slin? Or is should that be a whole new thread?

GEAR is just concentrated aminos. Use it you would any protein, though it's more powerful.
 
I would say if you have the cash do 5 immediately upon waking, 5 right before your workout, and 5 right after your workout. So a little more detailed plan

Wake Up and take 5 Gear Capsules
Eat Breakfast like 10-15 minutes later
Pre-WO meal 1-2 hours Pre WO
Take 5 GEAR right before your hit the weights
Right after your done working out, go over to the water fountain and take 5 more Gear
Post-WO Shake when you get home or whatever

That's how I would do it anyway. Basically just taking it when quick absorbing protein would best be utilized by your body. Right upon waking to get you out of a catabolic state, right before your WO so you have the aminos flowing through your blood during your workout, and immediately post-WO so that your muscle can start repairing themselves the second your done lifting.
