for the guys that get the gyno surgery, do u still use and AI? when i get it done ill be in pct so will be using ai, h.c.g clomid etc.. will it be ok? dont plan to cycle till about 3 more months

Well, b/c I didn't get the entire gland removed in my left nipple, yes I still use an ai. However, I plan to have it done correctly this time and I only plan on using an ai if I bloat severely. Other than that...good riddance to them...

It depends on if the entire gland is removed or not.

what if he left a small tiny bit of gland so the nipple stays normal will it come back

I had the surgery.

I still run Nolva/Arimidex/Dostinex on cycle.

I don't have any lumps, pains, itches, or sensations on cycle. I run the AIs for bloat, the Dost for the progesterone sides - which are more than prolactin boobs - mainly for the fina-flop.
