whats up, i have experiance with gear but i think never really "cycled" correctly. i am 6'1 210lbs. my main goal is to tone up but i also want to gain muscle mass. i feel i train pretty hard and eat well, heres what i have now. what is the best way to take it and what else do i need or don't need to achieve my goals:
