But only something that isn't going to cause gyno and bring it back, could anyone advise
Me on what to take.

Creatine... Smh bro if it's only been a year and u went through all that bs and depression or insecurities of having gyno why in fucks sake would you roll the dice again? I know u said something that isn't gonna cause gyno but god damn man, I woulda quit. What's your goal?
