Could someone explain exactly how a gda works an how it aids in fat or weight loss please?

Hopefully someone follows through with a more thorough response, but essentially GDAs utilize carbohydrates to ensure adequate glycogen saturation through nutrient shuttling. GDAs theoretically should favor sending nutrients into the muscles rather than fat.
