Since we're all used to measuring caps of g, rather than ml of it, what would be a good cut for 260ml of 99.99% gbl? any ideas welcome.

So that would be 260ml (292.5g) gbl + 390ml distilled water, giving a concentration of ??? So what would that concentration come out to, and whats a good starting point for gbl as far as g/ml is concerned?

one dose would be between a half a cap and a full cap- 3.75ml- 7.5ml after it is cut depending on how you react.

The cap idea, is not a very good one either. I measured out a cap and a full full cap is 8ml, but just a full cap is 6ml. So when someone says just take a cap does that mean 8ml or 6ml.

And the difference could be if I take 6ml I am on the verge of too much and if I take 8ml it's too much!

Plus different caps hold different amounts, you could have a cap that holds 10ml-12ml

that is why for personal use i don't cut it and only use 3ml at a time measured witha syringe!

why not just take a couple of mls in juice or diet soda before bed?

I was talking about after cutting it with 60% water, at that concentration an error of a ml makes little difference unless you are one of those idiots that drinks booze all night and decides to take a scoop.
