Gauge needle?

I use 25 1 1/2 and I draw with an 18 gauge ! Works like a charm!

I found that the 18 gauge chews up the rubber stopper on multi-use vials too much so I switched to 20 gauge to draw.

I also find it easier to push oil-based gear through a 1" 25 gauge pin than a 1.5" 25 gauge. So at least once a week for 7 years now (HRT) I've used 25 gauge 1" (even in the glutes) and never had a problem.

This is what I use too. For five years on hrt with random cycles along the way.

I've done dozens of shots with a 1/2" 27ga "insulin" pin.
Tren, Test, EQ, Primo.
Quads and delts. Never had one problem. Just nicer pinning with less scarring. It goes in pretty easy too. I warm my gear up by running the loaded syringe under hot water. Just make sure you have some nice muscle on the quads and you're not a fatass and I think you'll be fine pinning with the 1/2" on the quads.

There's a 1.25" 27g needle out there. Excel makes it and it works well.

If you can shoot test sub-q then why would a shorter needle increase your abscess risk?
