Gas Prices!!!!

Man when I came to work today gas was $1.52 per gallon and now it is $2.55 per gallon. This arkansas by the way.

The two small towns I live by , they say that every gas station is 25 cars deep waiting to get gas!!

Yeah, In Tulsa gas has hit $4.50. We have not seen the effect in Stillwater yet......unless you count cars being 25 deep.

Here in Illinois we got literally blocks of traffic cause of so many people tryin to get gas! Took a friggin hour to get home from school.

We just got a call that it is $12 a gallon in California. Can any Cali peep tell me if that's true? It's $5.90 here in Missouri.

I don't know, though, some of the price quotes might be total bullsh*t. But, I do know that gas where I'm at is up about $1/gallon today, and that there were about 34 cars lined up at 6:30 tonight.

Well until a war is full on - anyone who is raising prices to make a quick profit will never see my business again. There is NO reason to raise prices and after a few phone calls to friends across the country - all prices are the same as 24 hours ago.

This is the same bullshit that happened with every other crisis - peopel tried to make a profit off of other peoples misery.

Fortunately, the prices have not changed here in Miami. My dad filled up at the same price (actually cheaper, cause he uses regular) around 7pm. There was, however, a line of several cars.

Correct. There was some place around Dallas trying to charge $5/gallon. The news broadcast some phone number you're supposed to call & report if you've seen some place trying to do this.

Although the WTC & OPEC have an influence on our prices, price gouging because of something like this will not be tolerated.
