Gas and runs..

I'm getting gas and runs from changing up my diet...

I'm getting close to 350g of protein a day now, but I get uncontrollable shits. Is it caused by the milk or protein? It seems whenever I drink milk this sort of shit happens what do you think?
 
you could be slightly lactose intolerant. Cut out the milk.. what type of protein are you using? if this is the case, whey isolate would be best for you. Just out of curiousity, are you using any raw eggs..?
 
I'm using n-large, but I like milk because it packs so much protein in a drink, is their any type of substitute?

Boiled eggs in the morning.
 
Depends on what you're trying to do.. Bulkling up? I guess milk is ok, make sure it's skim though, and you're still getting all the carbs in there (which you may or may not be concerned with.) I wouldn't drink it (in fact I don't drink it all) if you're cutting though. If you're so concerned about protein why not add an extra scoop of powder and use water? If you still want to use milk, you should be able to find low-lactose milk at the supermarket, or at least the "lactaid" tables which will help.
 
its the milk. i was the same way runnin that much protein. agree with using low-lactose milk
