None of these magic 'dr oz' recommended weight loss supplements do anything. Garcinia, white kidney bean, green coffee bean etc. They are all wastes of money

The only thing that will actually cause a noticeable increase in fat loss is a ppar agonist like cardarine/sr9009 -> https://www.evolutionary.org/cardarine/

I'm with Muskate on this. Not only that but even if it worked and did so well you'd need to know that you were using a standardized extract

When using PED's garcinia will make no difference, and there will be barely any difference when taken on its own, so don't waste your time and money, and get something else. The above mentioned Cardarine GW or SR9009 are pretty amazing for fat loss.
