Gallery help???

Okay,
I am a platinum member, and every time I try to load a pic into my gallery (and I know it is under the size limit) it goes back to the first screen where I began to load a pic for the first step. I have no errors that come up, it just isn't doing it. I don't think I am that computer illiterate, and no one here at my work can figure it out either. Please help

I know one thing though....Platinum is just a figment of my imagination. Even though my bank account gets drained every month, I still can't access some of the features. Ain't American free trade great! I trade cash for nothing!
