Galaxy Veggie Topping--way too processed?

This grated Parmesan Cheese Alternative from Galaxy Nutritional Foods has a LOT of ingredients, but many of them seem to be "healthy," such as casein, soy base, vitamins, etc, yet it does contain Maltodextrin, Sorbitol, and other things like that which i'm not quite familiar with. Is it a tosser?

If so, I looked at their website and saw that Galaxy has other lines. All of the other ones are checked "NO PRESERVATIVES," so would these light/alternative cheeses be healthy to eat?

Well, if it has a lot of ingredients chances are it is way to processed..

Sorbitol (if im thinking of the right thing) is a sugar alcohol. Maltodextrin is a starch derived sweetener (believe it causes insulin spikes similar to glucose.)

Chances are this cheese is much better than most out on the market, so it is certainly a healthy alternative. If you are trying to eat 100% clean I would avoid it, but I wouldn't see the harm in having some every now and then..
