Everybody knows the "Gainskeeper formula" - I figure we create a post of your fav ways to keep gains. Here's Mine: 800mg Phosphserine, 2000mg of Vit E & C, 7 Gms of Creatine, 800mg of 5-methyl-7-methoxy-isoflavone, 60mg of 20-Hydroxyecdysone + I reduce my carbs and increase my protein to keep fat off. Work out the same, no problem. Keep 98% always. Also, I stack in 2 weeks of clomid at 50mg a day + 1000mg a day of Tribex. Oh yeah, I up the glutamine to about 30g a day + more BCAA's. Jesus Christ, it's more expensive to get off Juice!!
