gains???

Right now I'm going into week five of my 1st cycle but only have seen minimal gains so far. Should i start worrying or is the craziness coming. I've put on 10 pounds so far off....
dbol 1-4w 25mg/d
test. 1-8w 500mg/w
deca 1-8w 300mg/w

Are the big gains on there way? Should i be seeing them now....do the gains continue after my lost shot???

Regarding your Gains

Be sure to drink alot of water.

On Dbol alone the first week into you should see a size increase. I find this more noticable when it comes to my forarms.

And as my bro says... eat eat eat...

Also, so far, most of your gains came from dbol. Test and Deca, usually kick in around weeks 4-5. And like Beezers said, diet is very important. Make sure, you eat enough, especially protein.
 
my diet..... breakfast: yogurt, oatmeal, bananna, blueberries
lunch: 3 roast beef sandwiches, cottagecheese, 2 apples, can a tuna.
dinner: pasta (before workout)
(after)chicken- baked, and a vegatable
protien shakes.
 
You should use "window of opportunity" right after your workout. Immediately after have a shake with approx. 50-60g of protein and 100g of simple carbs. One hour later eat solid meal with a lot of protein in it and good amount of complex carbs.
Also, add some egg whites to your breakfast (6-10), it definately lacks protein.
Add two protein shakes between your meals.
 
If your trying to gain eat til' you cant eat anymore. take advantage of it now cause when your cycles over and you want to lose a little bf your gonna wish all day long you were bulking:bawling:

Not bad looking Bro', but not enough. What are your stats? You should be taking in a minimum of 1.5 - 2.0 grams of protein per lb of lean body mass. For example if you weigh 210 and are 10%BF you should be taking in 250-300 grams of protein per day. (Roughly):p
I would add cottage cheese at least 1 serving ,(13g protein) to your breakfeast. Add a can of tuna or diced chicken breast as a snack between breakfeast and lunch. Add green veggie to lunch,(I like broccoli, raw), remove the pre-workout pasta and put in a lower gi carb, ie rice cake or something along those lines; snack size. Then do carb loading post w/o to replenish glycogen stores and load on the whey protein as post W/O is the time when a rapidly digesting protein like whey is optimal.

Have another protein snak before bed, I like chicken or turkey. This way you will have the amino release at night while you sleep to prevent catabolisim when you can't do anything about it cuz' your sleeping!
