I just wrappend my first two / three week cycle. The approach I am experimenting with is a slight variation - kind of a hybrid of using short cycles but repeated more frequently for a longer duration, using low dose, fast acting compounds (orals). It consists of a primary two week phase + a bridge week. Then 10-14 days off before repeating. If you don't count the bridge week, you are still off more than you are on. If you count the bridge as being "on" then it tilts the other way.
I always felt the toughest part of being "on" was coming "off", so short frequent cycles like this, involve a lot of short frequent recovery phases - but the idea is you do not shut yourself down hard cause you are not on that long, and doses are low enough to hopefully avoid dramatic crashes. Plus it may keep your receptors clean allowing the doses to continue to accumulate gains. Well, I'll see how I like it and how it works out over a few months.
Oh, yes initial results are in and they were probably better than I expected. I put on 12lbs, using 15mg Peaktop dbol + prohormones: 600mg Ergopharm 4ad , with Molecular Nutrition 5aa and Viratesse as anti-e's (basically a dbol + test cycle) for the first two weeks. I just wrapped bridging out of week three at dbol 5mg and 200mg 4ad in the am plus continued mentioned anti-e's, and have started to utilize Ergopharm 6oxo (another OTC anti-e aromtize inhibitor) for next week or two.
I think most of the gains came from dbol but I had the 4ad left over from a previous effort so wanted to use it up. Seems the other stuff (5aa, etc) have kept the estrogen and bloat from being an issue.
I really felt the dbol pumps and strength coming on as my receptors were clean clean clean. Sides? I thought I felt some pinching in the prostate area at times, quickly taken care of with Saw palmetto.
Begin next phase after 10 days off!! dbol + winnie = solidify and improve quality
I just started this run. If this pattern shuts me down hard after a few months, or feels like just too much hormonal fluctuation - I'll go on a longer traditional inj. cycle before wrapping up with full HCG, clomid post therapy in the Spring.
I am an older guy (43) so I need to be cautious anyway but think this approach makes sense unless you are a competitor. I went way heavier in the early eighties which resulted eventually in some health issues which took some time to get over. Do not want to take any big risks at this point in my life.
